What happens if 485 is approved when I am abroad!

Hello Guys,
My RD is June\'01 and waiting for the approval. I am planning to visit India in the last week of May. What happens if my 485 is approved when I am in India. Is there a possibility that Immigration officer at POE can cause any trouble. Right now I have valid H1, visa stamp in my passport and I am planning to take Adavance Parole too. Please post any experiences/knowledge about it.

As long as you have a valid Visa stamped....no problem..

but I am in the same situation....My lawyer say it will not be a problem. Remember to carry your I-485 reciept and the approved H1 papers.

Don\'t worry.

G.C Process is different. I am in the same boat. I am also planning to visit india in first week of may. I had talked to my lawer. According to him, valid visa for H1. If you use EAD then Advance parol. So don\'t worry. i think you will get G.C before May. You will be fine
