Hi all,
My F-1 is expiring on June from which I have a grace period of 60 days, I think. I am applying for H-1 but the approval won't happen until October. So the issue is can i stay here in US from the period after my F-1 expires / grace period is over to when I get my H-1 or do i have to leave the country and come back when the h-1 is approved? If i have to leave, would i be able to come back with the h-1?
