What happened to VSC I 140 Applications ?

Hi Everybody,
Is there any one like me who is waiting for any kind of update on I 140 applications filed with VSC in the 1st week of Sep 05 under EB2 (India ) ? I have no idea what is going on with my application . It is a labor substitute case with Priority date of Nov 1999 . The dates are current from last 5 months and there is absolutely no news on I 140/ I 1485 applications ?

Anybody has got any suggestions to resolve the matter .

VSC is adjudicatingt Sept. 30 cases. You should be getting some news soon. When the dates changed to October ?? (i.e., 30 days from your receipt date), you can call customer service to enquire about the status of your case.
