what happened to the lawsuit against USCIS?

Just wondering whether the lawsuit agianst USCIS is filed or not. Anybody knows? Just hope that this lawsuit will bring USCIS to treat I485 as they treat other cases, as they said before, during the year 2003, I485s were given a very low priority within USCIS. And in fact, for several months during 2003, I485 processing was stopped altogether.

law suit is filed on Dec 22th . It is case and it is takng its own shape, GOVT office . Once it come close to finish ,ever one will be relaxed. Many are welcome as plaintiff.
