Guys,

Where are all Rapidigm guys.Is there any good things happening at RIS, if so, please post your experiences.
For me dealing with RAPIDIGM and RIS really sucks. Each time I call RIS Helpdesk, I get different answers and
 getting hold of Jackie is like applying another GC app. with VSC. Since last 4-6weeks Jackie has disappeared from chat(RIS)
room, she never logs in.
