What happened to plastic cards ?

Has anyone received his/her plastic card of late ? INS CA just seems to have stopped issuing them suddenly after a spate of issues in mid-September/early-October. I having been waiting for 2 1/4 months now after PP stamping. Can everyone who has received their plastic cards after mid-September please post to this thread.
