What happened to OCT\'99 ND Approvals in VSC

Called IIO 2 weeks back. According to her my case was assigned to an
officer. So far I haven\'t heard anything. No Approval / No RFE.

No idea what did we do to this INS organization. They are not taking care of our October 99 cases. They take care of all other cases. Right now they are processing April 00 cases. I called them up and also had my attorney call them up. They give the same answer. That last year the dates were regressed for Indian and Chinese nationals. I should get my approval in a couple of months. The file is under review.

Spoke to IIO last week. She said it was on some shelf .My file has not yet been assigned to any officer. Scared to call the IIO again ...

All OCT 99 waiters. I am in the same boat.
PD 5/8/98, EB2, ND 10/4/99, FP 3/2/01. Case is still pending No rfe nothing. My case was on shelf till April 26. On that day, i talked to a nice iio lady who took my case off the shelf and placed in transit to go to the processing area. The case was transit as of today. I do not know why it would take them two weeks to move a file around.
I will call them next week wed or thursday to find out more.
