what happened to my AP

Guys,
My AP is approved and was mailed to my old address. But I have moved from there. DO u have any idea what happens to my Travel Document now. Any ideas on how to proceed?? Do i need to contact the USCIS customer service to send me another or what should i do now.

AP was mailed to my lawyer

Did your Lawyer mailed you the AP? My AP was mailed to my lawyer.

I did not fill out the G-28 form, so my Lawyer said that it would be mailed directly to me.
