What happened to EB2 cases ?

I can understand mission October for the EB3 cases due to retrogression, I am wondering what the deal is with EB2's. Its been a long time since I have seen anyone post an EB2 approval.

In my zeal to see where my case was at, I emailed FBI Namecheck to see if that wa holding up my case. Its been around a month and I don't have a response back.

I called TSC a couple of weeks ago using POJ's seperated cases trick, and got to talk to a nice lady who told me that my FP and name check were all done and that I could get approval in days. She told me that my case was with the "reviewing officer" and that I should wait a maximum of 2 weeks to get my approval letter. She told me she didn't want me to get worried and that's why she was giving me the worst case date of 2 weeks. Approval could come as soon as the next day.

Guess what guys, its 2 weeks today... nothing has happened. Wonder what's going on?

now days they close this door and advising to send email to FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov about namecheck.


There was a 'CSC' emg no who helped many ppl to learn about their name check, because of many ppl rushed they change rules to reply, only att are authorized who file thier clients with 'CSC' now days get reply.


But here u may try these, and try your luck

1. Call TSC directly , and ask about name-check during conversion, not in begining else they would straightly refuse u to give any info.


2. FBI Name Check Status (Main Line) (202) 324-3625
now a days they close this door too and advising to send email toFBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov

There is an email addr of National name check FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov , it takes 3-6 months to get reply back.


3. Snal mail works fine, with carefuly chosen words, u write a letter to "Records Management Division" they would reply, depend on them.
just try don't make ur letter look like as FOIPA,

method to follow to talk with TSC direct.

use 800 to find status.
Press 1 for english
Press 2
Press 6
Press 1 for SRC #
Press 1 again to confirm
Press 3
Press 3 or 4 when it says u have file Multiple applicaiton, by selecting this option u will be connected with TSC.

(if u find any error after SRC input, use any other SRC like EAD etc)

Once connected give TSC-opt to ur 485 src.
