What happened to 180 day letter as by Murty.

Any updates on the guideline to approve I-485 if it is pending for more than 180 days?

Attorney Murthy : The BCIS Memo has not yet been released. Most things with the government take much longer than they expect, due to so many levels of approvals and scrutiny.
 
When referring to approval of 485 if its over 180 days, please also add the words 'if the underlying 140 is revoked'. This caused a lot of confusion due to mis-communication.
 
Frankly the approval pace lately has fallen from 10 approvals a day to 1 approval a day to lately 1 approval in 10 days.

I am not too hopeful of anything even remotely close to Murthy's statement, or as it was interpreted to be, to happen anytime soon.
