What happened in Nebraska Service Centre today?

Looking at today's service center update, we're going backwards!!!

Anyone got any thoughts why?

Strange is assuming there are more EB3 cases than EB2 since the visa cap reflects this. But the EB3 140 processing is ahead of EB2.

Wonder why?...
