What happened about famous 800

In the past three weeks, I called famous 800 to try to initiate an inquiry but was told that "due to the technical problem of the system, the case information is not available, please call back later ....". What does it mean: my case lost or no longer existed?

Hopeless.

on the phone when you get to the "checking the status of your case" select the option "don't have the receipt number". then after that I think it is the 3rd option which says "if you have any other questions or concerns about your case". that's what I do to get connected to the customer service rep

also I realized that once you initiate an inquiry about your case and the message changes to "we respond to......." then when you check on the phone it says "due to technical problem..." I tested it with my pending AP(the one that I didn't initiate an inquiry) application, and it gives the correct message over the phone...that is weird
