what happen to january, feburary and march 2002 cases

HI everyone,

what happen to jan, feb and march 2002 cases...no approvals...what these ppl are doing. it is more then 2 years...i hope it will not cross 3 years mark...it is frustrating...

I seen few september 2002 cases getting rfe and 2nd FP..what happen to other 2002 cases...
