what form to use for the advance parole?

It is my first time to apply for this. I looked around the forms. Just got confused. Could someone be kind tell me what form to use for th advance parole? If I want to leave around Christmas, is it too early to apply for it? Thanks

Use I-131. Download from www.uscis.gov

aligator...there is a load of information about these things on the EAD/Advance Parole thread. I recommed you visit the same.
For AP, it is the form I-131 and you shud apply atleast 5-6 months before your planned visit. You may file it manually or e-File.

Just as some indication, I had applied for my 3rd AP in May 2003 at TSC, I got it only in January 2004.

Its your choice. It has an option for both. It makes sense to choose 'Multiple visits'.
