What factors instantiate an I 485 RFE for employment ?

I was wondering what INS-TSC looks for before sending an RFE for employment.

Is it random or Company size or based on how old the case is ?.

Anyone who has got RFE for Employment please respond.

It all depends on the person who is looking

your I-485 application. There is no clear rules for an RFE. I saw two people who applied fir I-485, from the same company with same qualifications, one got RFE and one didn't.
