What exactly PD is?

For non-Labor substitute cases:

Is that
Labor RD in state office?
Labor ND in state office?
Labor RD in Federal office?
Labor ND in Federal office?
Labor Approval Date?

Or:
I140 RD?
I140 ND?
 
If you have your I140 approval notice you can see your PD in that notice. I believe its Labour RD in state office.
 
As per the law these are the ownly two cases.
Labor RD in state office
I140 RD

But in the case of labor substitute, if the USCIS Love's him
It is Labor RD in state office of the substitue labor

Else if USCIS dont Love them
I140 RD

For substitue labor also it is labor RD, but some people they say that their PD is 140 RD.Check on this forum, there were many threads
