We(my husband and I) had applied for canadian permanent residence when we were in US on H1bB visas, we had the medical done there, fingerprintingg etc was also done and once we sent it over to Buffalo centre, we had to move back to India. We intimated them (buffalo center) about the change of country. It has been a year and we sent them 3-4 letters from India in the meantime to check the status, but never got a reply. All this time it showed the case was in process and now it suddenly shows 'withdrawn'. What does it mean, any info about change in country just before hearing the final decision.
