Just now checked the VM(1800#): it says

"I am sorry we cannot access your account information at this time.
For live assistance please call between 8AM and 6PM EST."

But the online status is the same resumed
processing after FP info.
I am worried.
We have been waiting for over 19 months now.
 
if you check other

EAC# I am sure message will be the same...I am experiencing the same problem once in a while with the Web-site
 
VM is back online

FYI.

I just checked my case status by phone and it read the same old status (1st FP received blah..blah..blah...)
