What does this Second FP notice in Three month means?

Hi

I have approved I-140 ( Filed on Aug 22, 2006) ( Sch -A cat II Exceptional Ability,EB-2) and Pending I-485s for me and my family ( filed concurrently with I-140 at TSC on Aug 22, 2006). I am from India.

We already appeared for biometrics on 09/06/2006 ( for me and wife Code 3 and for son aged 14 at that time Code 2). Recently we applied for AP on 12/20/2006.

I am surprised to see again FINGER PRINTING NOTICE for my Son ( Code-1) based on pending I-485.

Can any one tell me why he got another fingerprinting notice in just two month. Me and my Wife have no any such notice and We dont have any LUD's on pending I-485 since 11/03/2006.

DOes it indicate any positive sign that they are still working on our I-485's instead of putting it on some Storage?

Your input will help a lot.
 
I think it is beacuse your son turned 14 .
To my best info once you are 14 you have to give your finger prints as per new rules

My already gave FP with me and my wife on 09/06/2006. This is a second FP notice in 3 month.

so I wonder why again? Is there any movement on I-485 processing?

I will appreciate your insight.

According to what you said he only got CODE 2. Which is Index finger and photograph.
Maybe now that he is 14 years he needs to get CODE 1 fp all ten prints.
That seems to be a likely explanation.
Did he have his birthday after the first FP or maybe that they realised thier mistake and now are wanting his FPs
