what does this message means!!!

"Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been completed. Your INS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready"
I got mine approved in Nov first week.

does it mean they have mailed my cards... ???

Msg. after PP stamping

What you hear in the AVM is the std. msg. you get after
PP stamping. You will prob. in the next 4 weeks hear something
like "After approving your .... We ordered you a new set of cards". You should generally get your card within the next 7 days after you hear that msg.
