What does this message means?

On December 13, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration
of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.


I am waiting for second finger print notice. Does it mean they sent my finger print notice?

Please let me know if any of you see this message for your case.

In the recent past many have had this message and ave received a FP notice. So your guess should be right.
