What does this message mean?

I got an email with the message:
"On May 2, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

I submitted AR-11 recently and spoke with USCIS over phone to update my address. Is it normal to receive this kind of message?

You are going receive RFE. Wait till you get and answer to it.

This is the result of your address change. Nothing to be concerned or happy about. I had a similar message a month ago after I called to change my address.

You will get a letter from CIS soon acknowleding your address change.
