What does this message mean?,please help

Today my LUD is updated with the below message, any body know what does this message mean?

On September 24, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

It is general msg, mean nothing, to just calm down ppl who send inquery either thorugh phone, attorney or Congressman/senator ....

don't worry.

may be u recently inquire about ur case status,,,,,, and interesting thing is there is no mail.... many ppl who shared they never got any mail, only few got same letter as online msg is.

Yaa you are right, yesterday I called 1800 number and enquired about my I-140 status, and also my loyer sent a letter regarding status of my I-140 two months back. I have received 2 emails with the message same as online message.

Anyhow we can't do anything except waiting and prying god.Just sharing information gives some relief.
