I called CSC yesterday a couple of times for name check issue. The first call, the rep. said all my background checks are cleared including Name Check, but in the second call in the afternoon, another rep. said my name check is still pending. I have no idea who is right. Today I got LUD on my case with the message change listed below. What does the message mean? Do I expect to receive some mail from CIS regarding my Name Check inquiry? It is a good/bad sign? Thanks.
