What does this message indicate ?

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application".

1) Is it a problem with the website ?
2) Does it indicate anything being done to my case ?
3) Anybody else facing the same problem today ?
4) I called the Customer Service and the automated message gave me the same info on my receipt notice..."Recd. so and so date, taking so and so time for this kind of cases".

Any opinions appreciated.

it did happen with me several time in the past, after few minutes it shows the same crap: we received.......

for the 1st time, i thought may be my case is being updated which is resulting in that kind of message, but my hopes ended with dis-appointment.

let me know what you see after few minutes.
 
That means you have too many enquiries. Did you run a scanner ? If you did, it locked your IP address. You have to wait 48 hour.
 
It actually gave me this message for the first enquiry today. I try to check only once a day. Let's see if as "AWS" said, it might come back to normal after sometime.
