What does this mean

Notice date Aug 29, 2001

My case was approved on Nov 26,2003
Got passport stamped on Dec 8.

I was checking to see if my card has been ordered and I see this message.

"On December 15, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

This same message exists for all 3 cases(including my wife's) that were approved on Nov 26.
Messages for other approvals explicitly say that card has been ordered. Why is it different here.
Anybody have any idea.?

For any EAD or GC approvals they will send order card first and the approval document also sent in mail.

So you don't have to worry. The card Section also working from their end.

The data consolidated sheet has several numbers with such messages in the "MISC" catefory and not in "Approved" category. This probably needs to be changed.

There is atleast one number with this message since Aug 2003. This message is never updated or what. Also what does it exactly mean. BCIS places the card order or mailed the card or what.

Dvorak , actually Pradha has changed the macro. Are you scanning with new macro 'Multiscan' from the consolidated sheet.
I will recommend you to download the lastest version and run Multisca for your 2-3 sheets around your date.

I will start working directly with the consolidated sheet now. There seem to be many new changes. Kudos to Pradha for the changes.
