This could be a Fingerprint notice (90 %) or adress update (10 %). Address update only if you called them to change home address.

I did FP May 2003 and I did call for Address change, but I can not understand why is writing Approval. I'll keep you up to date when receive the dokument. Thanks guys.

It is the response for your address change.

I-797, Notice of Action

It is FP( code 3 ) guys. I have date and time of appointment- 05/20/06 12:00 PM

I did call USCIS Customer Service and I was told that this mean that the case is approved and I need to wait for 60 days after FP( code 3).

My PD has been current since March (see my signature) and I initiated an inquiry and I got this mail today..

Please advise what this can be...

This is a standard "generic" message that appears whenever an inquiry is made. Last year I made several inquiries and each time the message changed to this one. In some instances I got a letter from the USCIS while in others nothing happened. Lets hope your inquiry leads to some good news.
