Mine and my wifes AVM now says "PROCESSING OF YOUR ARC or GREEN CARD HAS BEEN COMPLETED.WE WILL MAIL YOU THE INS DOCUMENT AS SOON AS IT IS READY".
when will we get our plastic cards? we stamped at Santa Ana - CA / CSC.
