My ND: Aug, 2002.
So far have not received FP notice.
Yesterday, the online message changed from "....850-900days...." to " On October 19, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283." The same message appeared on my spouse's case.
What could this message mean? Does this mean they sent me a FP notice, or it means some kind refs required?
Any input will be highly appreciated!
