What does this mean?

I got my GC aproved on june 28, and PP stamping is done on july 7th in DETRIOT but GC proceessed from CSC. Today I got the mails from USCIS saying that "On September 27, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready." what does it mean and after this message..when can i expect my cards.. bcoz i am traveling to india on october 17 th..can i expect by that time
 
The card can take anything between few weeks to few months to arrive.Your stamp on PP is valid for travel.

My message said "On September 8th,....". It changed on the 11th to " On 11th... card mailed ...". I received my card on the 13th. I guess you should receive your card within 2 - 3 weeks. Good luck.
