what does this mean?

Spouse online status shows:

On July 29, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

The online message displays this after a month of case missing.....can anyone tell me if it means something.

From recent posts several friends have got similar message as yours and couple of them have verified that it was an RFE. Keep checking with you lawyer
 
I think its an approval. RFE status says something else, but does not say "approval". Please post the full status message.
 
When i got my 2 RFEs on my 140 and then the denial , it all said the same message.
So i guess it could be a RFE.
 
It could be both RFE and approval. That's why this status is counted as "other" in anaconda stats.

Congratulations!!!
It is clearly stated that "the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case" hence it is an approval.

Wait for a couple of days for the courtesy approval copy to show up in your post box.

Keep checking with your lawyer to see if they got the original copy.

get 2 ADIT fotos for each applicant, have your I-94 documents, EADs, APs etc. ready and once the notice shows up go and get the stamping done to join the card waiting queue. Also check your Passport to see if it has > 1 year validity.
