I have sent my wife's application for 485 on Dec 2nd, I had my finger print in early Jan and followed by that I had received her EAD and AP in Feb 16, Now after all these time I have received the email below: What does this mean?
Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: The fingerprint fee has now been received. The case is now pending.
On June 26, 2009, we received the fingerprint fee for this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. The case is now properly filed. We also mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process each kind of case in the order we receive them. This case will be put into process based on the date we received the fingerprint fee.
