What does this LUD mean?

Hi Friends,

I got a LUD in my 485 after I returned back the RFE:

"On August 6, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Does this mean my case will be approved or denied very soon?

very standard answer when they receive RFE response!!

A while ago somebody explained what service center WAC infront of case number represents for. Can anyone tell me one more time?
