What does this Current Status mean?

Can someone tell me what this means?

Current Status:

On April 10, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to
Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are
pending review.

In your case it looks like your name checking is not yet cleared. You will see the above status once it is cleared.
