What does this AVM mean ?

'Processing of your GC is complete...we will mail your INS document as soon as it is ready' .

Does it mean INS has finished their job and it is now with the GC facility that scans in the pictures and prepares the Green Cards or is there more to it ? How long after this message can we expect the Green card ?

Got our passports stamped 10 days ago in SFO.

Well

It is probably anybody's guess. I think you are right, i.e. pictures and signature are probably scanned, but perhaps it just means they received the application and entered into the system. It can take two or three months more for the plastic card to be produced. If you call often, you'll see that the message will change to something like after approving your application a card has been ordered. After this message, the card will take another week or so to arrive in the mail.
