what does this 485 entry from the CSC JIT report mean?

Please, people ask this from time to time, again and again!

means cases of early 98 are being worked on now

98---is the year
066 is the number of the business day in that year
 
How the hell am I supposed to know this issue has been discussed earlier?

My question was more of a surprise than an enquiry. Seemed like CSC I-485 is in a very bad state. But then I read about later cases being approved. You can give a polite reply with a pointer to the previous discussion rather than pull your hair out!
