What does the middle name on the plastic card appear as?

Is it an initial or the whole name or not mentioned at all. I got a notice from USCIS eralier this month and they had left out the last 2 letters of my middle name. I am hoping there will be no mistake on my plastic card. look forward to your responses. Thanks!

Is it an initial or the whole name or not mentioned at all.

For my wife and I, they printed just the initials of our middle names on the cards. However, in the machine readable section at the bottom, our middle names appear in full.
