This if from the latest CSC JIT ...

They are different categorizations for EAD. For aslyum, refugee applicants, EAD should be adjudicated by 30 days.
Adjustment of status category EAD applns come under c(9), which are not shown in JIT(I am not sure why)

Thanks ...so the 90 days should be for us employment based categories ..thats why they sat if u dont get EAD within 90 days you can get it from local ASC....
