What does the 1st FP notice mean? Do we HAVE to do this twice?

Hello All,

I-140 approved in Feb, 485 filed in Feb, Received my FP notice yesterday. What does that mean? I hear one must get finger printed twice before processing.. Is this correct?

Not necessarily. You can also get approved while ur 1st FP is valid.
