What does Order case mean?????????

Guys,
Talked to TSC IIO.Since both my 485 and EAD are pending she said she is going to "order case my 485 appl.to supervisor so they can assign to officer #096" What does that mean????Any ideas???

I think it means that your application is in the holding area.
They have to order that file to be transferred to the work area.
It then gets assigned to an officer. I heard that this file transfer
could take around a month or so.
