RFE means Request For Evidence.
A generic term to describe a situation where an agency( INS, NVC and so on) is asking for further information, a missing document or some clarification.
You will get a document in the mail, which tells you what they need.

Thank you Raju for reply. Could you answer for one more question? If i deliver them papers they need from me how long will it take to give me answer they approove or not? Another 90/120 days or faster?

We can not say with any kind of certainity how many days they will take, after receiving the response for the RFE.
However, considerable portion of the work would have been finished on the case, and the turn around time would be short.
Normal time for decision is 2 to 3 weeks from the time they receive the RFE response.
