Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.

On March 15, 2007, we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

Typically, not much. In a lot of cases, people get this notice after a document was returned to USCIS because it could not be delivered. Once the notice is sent again, this update will appear.

By the way, the 'based upon approval of your case' doesn't mean anything. I received the same notice two months before the GC was approved.

If you could give us some more info about your case, though, that would be really helpful in trying to figure out what is going on here.
