I would like to know what this message mean?

I had to sent in my medical. Did that on 9/19/2006 recieve the letter on 7/24/2006 my case is on hold because of the rfe. But today 9/22/2006 I recieve a email from the USCIS stated that:

on sepetember 22, 2006, we recieved your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum staten in this message you will recieve a written decision on this case.

I would to know if someone know how long it will take to get my EAD. or can I go and get a IEAD. I sent in my I-130, I-485 and I-765 on 2/17/2006 they have the reciept date of 2/20/2006. I have already dome my biometric on 5/13/2006.

It means they everything else checks out ok.
They were just waiting for your medical forms to be sent in.
In theory, your EAD was on hold, but everything was unheld when they received your additional evidence.
You should be getting EAD and interview notice soon, I would say the next month.
