What does it mean?...the document we made based...

...on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I really hope this is just because they received my FP, i am praying that this is not an RFE! :confused: I did a search on this but it seems it could mean anything, approval,fp,RFE...

I do not think this is an approval, i just hope it is not an RFE. I tried to call the automatic service and it does mention something about RFE, but there are cases where it says it is an RFE and in fact it is not?

I do not have the slightest idea,just wanted to know if anyone has gone through this, same message and got an RFE, i guess all i can do is wait and see what happens :confused:

But i so wish POJ is right, it would be really cool :D

my message of the same was a copy of Fp notice sent to old address- then they did not update my message for what is supposed to be approval.

So we will all pray for you that it is your approval- but be prepared fo ranything :confused:
 
Thanks everyone, i just do not want to get any high expectations but an approval would be a true blessing for a not so good phase that i am going through with my life right now :( , God is great, he knows my needs and worries, i always put my trust in him.

whereismygc, I got the same message on my case. even though I received the email on March 7, on the message it says On March 4, the document...........and also I realized a LUD cange on my approved I-140 as well. I called my lawyer, the legal assistant told me that it is a finger print notice even though I have gotten fingerprinted already(02/23/05)
I don't thrust her anyway, especially after all the mistakes she made. I am thinking about calling 1-800 tomorrow. Please keep us posted if you receive anything in the mail.

Received the same message for my spouse

Though I had already received the approval email for her two weeks back. I hope they have mailed the approval letter.

So far I have not received anything, my only concern is getting an RFE, i do not really mind if the approval takes a bit longer but i am scared of REFs :eek: ...haha
Anyway, i will let you guys know if i get anything

I had an inquiry going on and also senator was trying to help even though i had already received the FP notice, it could be a 2nd fp notice? you never know...

You guys just love to confuse me!!! :rolleyes: kidding...well, copy of FP or approval, ha, those are not bad options, again, if it is not RFE, i'll take any of those! ;)

I just called the 1-800 number about my message of "based on the approval or registration......." the rep connected me to a specialist(so called!!). and here is the conversation between me and her(she had a deep southern accent)

me: what does this message mean actually?
her: they sent you your greencard..(lol, yeah right)
me: but that's not possible could you check again, I didn't even get the stamp on the passport
her: then what did you do last?
me: fingerprints
her: then it should be your approval, wait for 30 days, and if you don't receive anything again give us a call back

I don't know what is going on, last night I made an info pass appointment just in case. are these people stupid, why don't they make these messages more explanatory. it is really frustrating...

Ok, it is not an approval :( but it is not an RFE either :eek: . No wonder my lawyer never got the FP notice,TSC have the wrong address, so basically TSC just sent me the FP notice that was supposed to go to the lawyer, that was what the message meant.

yep wheresmygc, I got the same today in the mail. they sent fingerprint notice to my old address, and it bounced. so they rerouted the mail to my current address. journey continues.....good luck to all of us
