I disagree

I don't have time to search for it, but it was posted that the
list of expired FP people was sent to an outside contractor to
send out the new FP requests.

some people with wac02179xxxxx have received second FP
notice as well as me with wac02147. Now we can't all be with
an officer can we?

RFE has more meaning in terms of stuff happening.

Just my humble opinion.

I guess we should be having some light in couple of weeks whether the file is really with the officer or its just a outsourced activity
