What documents required for N400?

I am getting ready to file my N400. My case is very straight forward. Can gurus tell me what are the documents required to be send with N400? The only additional thing I have is speeding ticket but I have all the documents including payment.

Here is my understanding

1. Two copies of passport size photo
2. Copy of Green Card both sides
3. Copy of Passport
4. Checks for N400 fee ($320) and $70 for biometrics

Do I required to send any other documents like speeding ticket payment or anything else?

I never sent in a copy of my passport or any part of it. Where did you see that requirement?

One check is fine for the payment (total of $390).

if you have the speeding ticket(s) and the prove of the payment, send them along. otherwise, if you do not have it with you at the moment to file n400, bring the evidence with you when you go to the interview. however, you need to disclose the speeding ticket information on your n400.
