What documents required for green card stamping( Please help)

Hi,

what are the documents required for greeen card stamping. I think 1-94, I-485 approval lettter, present EAD cards.

How many photos do I have to carry. What way they needed. Previously the photos are side faced. (Right ear is visible). Do they neeed the same way or Is there any change.

2 photos. I would suggest you take side and front (2 each) if you are ready to waste 10 more green for one green (card).

You will receive photo instructions and list of required document that you need to take USCIS office in your I-485 approval notice.

In my case they have asked me to submit following documents:
1) I-485 approval notice
2) Passport
3) I-94
4) 2 set of photo
5) EAC card and
6) Travel document
