What documents necessary for FP

does any body know what documents you to carray for FP

1. The FP notice.
2.Valid photo ID (Passport or drivers License are the most commen).

I think you need two forms of photo Id, so take License, PP/EAD

FP Notice and one valid ID is fine.We just did FP 2 days back.

I agree with satula134. Thay only asked for 1 Photo ID from me. But it doesn't hurt if you bring more than 1 ID.
