My 485 was filed recently (Jan 16th 2004) . I am on H1 status expiring on Mar 20th 2004.
I would like to apply for EAD asap. I saw that i can provide my case as '485 pending' and apply online. I can enter I94 number instead of A# as i do not have one.
But what supporting documentation i should provide. I am afraid my company does not give 485 receipt copy to the employees.
Company may inform me of the 485 receipt number.
