Could you please elaborate on this item? Also, I would appreciate if you have an existing format that has worked.

I was thinking of attaching my previous "unused" AP copy describing the need of AP.

I am not sure what should I write in that letter. Anyone who *knows* of a particular format that has worked with INS in the past, please post.
